Job Description Summary/Objective We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and proactive Content Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. This role is instrumental in supporting marketing operations by managing creative requests, developing and updating marketing collateral, and ensuring consistency in branding across all platforms. The ideal candidate will excel at content creation, project management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, enhance brand presence, and support the company’s business goals.
This position requires adherence to our established branding guide and alignment with our company’s core values to ensure all creative material reflects our commitment to innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions
1. Creative Asset Development; Manage creative requests for technical spec sheets, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all creative assets are on-brand and aligned with our core values and branding guide.
3. Marketing Collateral Management; Maintain and update technical sheets, promotional labeling, and other marketing materials.
4. Catalog and Collateral Development; Oversee the creation and regular updates of our catalogs and e-commerce marketing materials.
5. Website and Digital Updates; Manage website content updates to ensure alignment with current marketing campaigns, branding guide standards, and strategies.
6. Artwork and Proofing Management; Handle proofs for purchased artwork, ensuring they meet brand and project specifications.
7. Organize and manage artwork assets within the IQMS system for easy access and accurate documentation.
8. Template and Label Creation; Develop and maintain templates and labels, adhering to branding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
9. Social Media and Community Management; Create and manage engaging social media posts that foster community interaction and brand loyalty.
10. Brand Merchandising: Design and coordinate the production of our branded swag for internal and promotional purposes.
11. Cross-Functional Collaboration; Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align content strategies with target audience needs.
12. Plan and prepare advertising and promotional materials.
13. Proofread marketing copy and artwork for existing and new products, including promotional products with vendors and graphic designer.
14. Assist in industry related events and trade shows to schedule meetings, make hotel/travel arrangements and purchasing promotional giveaways.
15. Internal Communications; Develop engaging internal staff bulletins to promote events, initiatives, and company updates.
16. Complete tasks as assigned through product management portal, keeping the team up to date on progress, ensure that all submissions and other deadlines are successfully met.
17. Liaison between company stakeholders and web designer to make updates to websites as needed.
18. Maintain most current art rev updates in appropriate databases.
19. Performs other tasks as reasonably assigned by management.
Required Education and/or Experience
Minimum of 2-year experience in Marketing or similar atmosphere in an office setting.
Knowledge of customer services ethics, principles, and procedures where customer satisfaction is a priority.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet and social media.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, with core hours of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some overtime might be necessary as assigned.
