Production Lead

Position Summary:
Seeking a dependable, hands-on, Production Lead to help coordinate daily manufacturing activities and keep production running smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign daily tasks to production employees.
• Monitor production progress and daily output.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. 
• Report production issues or delays to management. 
• Assist with production work as needed. 

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented. 
• Ability to lead a small team. 

Pay Range, Depending on Experience: 

• $20.00 per hour to $22.99 per hour

Schedule Range:

• 5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays
