Our client is a collaborative team of Registered Dietitians dedicated to delivering evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy. They empower patients to make life-changing, sustainable improvements to their health through individualized nutrition assessments, targeted counseling, and personalized care plans. As their impact grows, they seek experienced, Spanish-bilingual Registered Dietitians to join in a hybrid role, combining direct patient care in Riverside with valuable support for staff and operations.
Updated key responsibilities

Conduct thorough nutrition assessments for patients, integrating medical diagnoses and physician orders to inform best practices, including care for Spanish-speaking patients.

Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based nutrition care plans, adapting interventions to support ongoing patient success and tailoring education appropriately for Spanish-speaking populations.

Provide engaging one-on-one education in both English and Spanish, equipping patients with practical, science-based resources to foster lasting behavioral change.

Document all care activities efficiently and accurately within digital health records, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Serve as a liaison with referring providers, ensuring clear and timely coordination of patient care and follow-up communications, including when communicating on behalf of Spanish-speaking patients and families.
Updated qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food and/or Nutritional Science (required).

Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

At least 1 years’ experience as a Registered Dietitian, with a minimum of 1 year in Clinical Nutrition or Medical Nutrition Therapy strongly preferred.

Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) and current Personal Liability Insurance.

Familiarity with HIPAA privacy standards and demonstrated experience in healthcare settings.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish; bilingual fluency (read, write, speak) in Spanish is required.
