Are you detail-oriented and take pride in producing quality work? We are currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our client's manufacturing team. In this role, you will help ensure products meet quality standards by performing inspections throughout the production process, maintaining accurate documentation, and working closely with production personnel to support overall quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Complete quality inspection documentation for each machine and operator.
• Inspect and release extruded carbon blocks and finished goods by sampling sublots to determine Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL).
• Use measuring equipment such as calipers, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Perform visual inspections using Go/No-Go gauges and other inspection tools to verify product quality.
• Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with production and other departments regarding inspection results and quality concerns.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with daily exposure to carbon dust.
• Maintain a positive attitude and perform well in a fast-paced environment while meeting production deadlines.
• Work overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous quality control or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to carbon dust.
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.

Pay: $19.00 per hour 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
