Warehouse Associate

Location: Temecula, CA
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | First Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Temecula. The ideal candidate will have general warehouse experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for pulling materials, wrapping and stacking pallets, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining an organized warehouse.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Pull and stage materials for customer orders

  • Wrap, stack, and prepare pallets for shipment

  • Load and unload materials as needed

  • Receive and organize incoming inventory

  • Use a manual and/or electric pallet jack safely

  • Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse

  • Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

  • Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience required

  • Experience pulling orders and preparing shipments

  • Experience wrapping and stacking pallets

  • Experience using a pallet jack

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
