Essential Functions
 

1. Drive company vehicles to make customer deliveries and stock pick-ups, obeying traffic laws and safety procedures. Maintain appropriate licensing, credentials and acceptable driving record.
2. Always conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner. Treat external and internal customers and employees with courtesy and respect.
3. Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment; may operate strapping and wrapping machines.
4. Obtains copy of shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility.
5. Loading and unloading goods from vehicles.
6. Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility.
7. Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions.
8. Checking loads are secure.
9. May assist in routine maintenance of equipment and logistics area. Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment.
10. Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards.
11. High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment.
12. May be called upon to assist Order Fulfillment and Material Staging.
13. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Forklift certification
• Valid California driver's License
• Clean DMV record

• Monday through Friday; occasional overtime on Saturdays
• 8:00AM to 4:30PM; occasional overtime requiring earlier start

• $21.00 per hour
