Warehouse Operations Associate

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order processing, shipment preparation, and proactive delivery monitoring. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of service reliability and customer satisfaction through diligent shipment tracking, issue resolution, and coordination with carriers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
·Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
·Prepare and fulfill daily shipments in alignment with service timelines.
·Generate and manage shipping labels and documentation.
·Proactively track and monitor shipments until delivery.
·Submit and follow up on carrier claims as needed.
·Provide Saturday coverage for delivery monitoring and exception handling.
·Conduct outbound calls for delivery exceptions and resolutions.
·Generate reports for performance tracking, follow-up, and escalation.
·Proactively monitor and, if needed, intervene on potential delays in scheduled pickups to ensure on-time dispatch.

Qualifications:
·2–3 years of experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or customer care preferred.
·Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, shipping platforms, ERP systems).
·Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency.
 
Schedule:
·Monday - Friday
·8:00AM to 4:00PM
·$22.00 per hour depending on experience
·Starts As Soon As Possible
