Who the Company is Seeking: They are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Rental Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and rentals of traffic control equipment, along with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales or rental of traffic control equipment or related industries.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with traffic control equipment, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify client needs, present suitable solutions, and close deals.
  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Networking: Proven ability to develop and maintain a robust client network.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and rentals efficiently.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and rental management software.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in sales or traffic control is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, municipalities, and other clients.
  • Manage the rental process, from equipment selection to delivery and return.
  • Provide guidance to clients on the proper use and safety of traffic control equipment.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors.

What is Offered:

  • $65,000 for the first six months
