About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing family-owned contractor, is seeking a Lead Office Manager to oversee office operations and support business expansion. This is a leadership-track role with long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage scheduling, invoicing, payroll coordination, and office systems

  • Supervise office staff and support managers

  • Ensure HR and compliance accuracy

  • Improve efficiency across service and construction operations

  • Maintain vendor and client communication

What We’re Looking For

  • Office management or supervisory experience (construction/service industry a plus)

  • QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace proficiency

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Local candidate, able to work onsite in Murrieta, CA

Pay & Benefits

  • $24–$34/hr, depending on experience

  • Paid time off, company holidays, and training

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office role)
