About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing family-owned contractor, is seeking a Lead Office Manager to oversee office operations and support business expansion. This is a leadership-track role with long-term growth potential.
What You’ll Do
Manage scheduling, invoicing, payroll coordination, and office systems
Supervise office staff and support managers
Ensure HR and compliance accuracy
Improve efficiency across service and construction operations
Maintain vendor and client communication
What We’re Looking For
Office management or supervisory experience (construction/service industry a plus)
QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace proficiency
Strong communication and leadership skills
Local candidate, able to work onsite in Murrieta, CA
Pay & Benefits
$24–$34/hr, depending on experience

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office role)
