We are locally owned and operated HR consulting agency committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates. We’re looking for a Recruiting Specialist with a positive attitude to join our team and help build strong relationships while supporting recruiting/HR
operations.
Job Description:
In this role, you will assist the recruiting team by providing excellent customer service to candidates and clients, helping to coordinate recruitment activities, and handling general administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally and warmly with candidates and clients via phone, email, and in person
Assist recruiters with sourcing, scheduling interviews, managing candidate flow, and follow-ups
Provide timely responses to inquiries and help resolve basic issues
Maintain accurate records and candidate information in recruiting databases
Support the team with administrative tasks like data entry, report preparation, and file organization
Help create a welcoming and positive experience for all contacts
Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruiting or staffing is highly preferred
Strong customer service skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office required, recruiting software is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion
