Warehouse Operations Associate

Primary Duties:

Shipping & Order Processing

• Assemble customer supplies and packages with precision

• Select, package, and tag orders for timely dispatch

• Coordinate daily parcel handoffs to carriers like UPS/FedEx

Inbound Logistics & Stock Management

• Receive, check, and verify incoming freight and pallet loads

• Transport goods securely with pallet jacks

• Organize storage areas for optimal access and inventory control

Facility Upkeep

• Maintain a spotless, orderly workspace free of clutter

• Keep aisles and zones safe and unobstructed

Stock Monitoring

• Support periodic audits and stock verification

• Flag shortages, defects, or discrepancies to leads

Core Expectations

• Self-starter who thrives with little oversight

• Follow safety standards rigorously

• Suggest ways to streamline workflows

Qualifications

• Routine lifting of 30 lbs or less

• Ease operating pallet jacks

• Meticulous, instruction-savvy, and punctual

• Bonus: Background in logistics, packing, or storage ops
