Location: Murrieta, CA 
Employment Type: Full-time | In-Office
Compensation: $23 to $26 per hour DOE


About our client

They are a fast-paced, professional law office committed to providing exceptional service to their clients. They are looking for a Receptionist/ Client Intake Specialist who is experienced, detail-oriented, and confident, someone who brings warmth and professionalism to every client interaction and can work independently with minimal direction.


Key Responsibilities

Reception & Client Communication

  • Serve as the professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients and guests, in person and over the phone

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls with clarity, confidence, and care

  • Schedule client appointments and maintain office calendars with precision

  • Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless client meeting preparation

  • Diligently follow up with prospects and clients, no lead or message goes unanswered

 Client Intake & Onboarding

  • Guide prospective clients through our intake process in a way that builds trust and sets the tone for high-level service

  • Confidently collect and enter all client data with 100% accuracy

  • Ask the right questions to qualify leads and prepare them for their initial strategy session

  • Set clear expectations and prepare clients for engagement during their first appointment

 Office Management & Internal Support

  • Ensure the office is consistently tidy, organized, and well-stocked

  • Manage ordering and inventory of office supplies and client-facing materials

  • Support the team with behind-the-scenes logistics so we all function at full capacity


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional legal or administrative office environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and proactively solve problems

  • A warm, approachable, and professional demeanor, both in-person and over the phone

  • High attention to detail and understanding of the ethical obligations required in a legal setting

  • Previous sales or client service experience is strongly preferred
